WWE executive producer Kevin Dunn cashed out 40,000 shares of WWE stock this week for about three-quarters of a million dollars.
In an SEC filing released Wednesday for events on Tuesday (June 7), WWE disclosed that Dunn sold 40,000 shares at an average price of $18.02 per share.
The multiple transactions were in the sales price range of $17.94-18.15.
Based on the average sales price, the cash-out translates to gross proceeds of about $720,800.
Dunn still owns 490,131 shares of WWE stock, so the transaction represented 7.5 percent of his available shares.
